| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please go to your cart and at the bottom of the page is a link for international checkout, click on that link and that will take you to the next page for international ordering. You can then put in your address and get a quote for shipping to your country, before you place your order. You may also consider using a private courier or forwarding service
like MyUS.com, borderlinx.com and shipito.com, who offer convenient
International Shipping. They can provide you with a US street address,
receive packages on your behalf, and then ship your order overseas. Some
of these companies also help prepare customs paperwork for your
shipments. Painted Earth's responsibility will only be engaged until the
package reaches your US mailbox. **Please note, if you ship to one of the international locations we offer, the price you pay is only for the shipping, not the customs charges (if any). The custom charges will be your sole responsibility, we do not calcualte or control custom charges. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We strive to get all orders shipped within 2-3 business days once we receive payment from you. Depending on your location it can take 7-21 days for you to receive your package.
